Welcome to the Galactic Alliance!
If you don't know about us already we'll be sure to change that here. Before we address the who of the alliance we'll talk about the what. And what we are is a non profit star wars related costuming group. It's a simple statement that means a great deal. This means that all the members of our group are volunteers donating their time to the events we are invited to. This also means all the full fledged members of our group has a leadership reviewed and approved costume to wear during our events. Events we attend are limited only by the invitations we receive, and all our events are non profit representing different associated charities.
As stated before we are a group of volunteers. We are everyday people trying to reach out in our community. The Alliance unites individuals with a common love for Star Wars, while encouraging self-improvement, personal growth, family involvement, and fellowship with peers. The endeavor of our club is the promotion of good will through acts of volunteering for appearances, to further charity fund raising, public awareness, and community outreach. TGA promotes interest in Star Wars, and facilitates the use of these kits for Star Wars-related events, as well as contributing to the local community through costumed charity and volunteer work.
